I currently work as an App Developer and I’m freelancing as a designer and a content creator, you can find a couple of my courses on PacktPub, and Udemy (about coding) or Skillshare (about UX design). I am also involved in a master’s degree which is about graphical arts and multimedia. In my limited free time, I create youtube videos for my youtube channel, I enjoy long walks in nature and coffee with good friends :)

Miguel Beltran is a Freelance Consultant specialized in mobile development for Android and Flutter. He has been working in tech for more than a decade developing products for remote international teams, he’s public speaker since 2016, and has published online courses for Android development on Pluralsight.


Wil de Bruin

Wil graduated in Environmental Sciences and started off his career as a research microbiologist. It took him almost 10 years before he continued fulltime as an IT specialist. In 1994 he founded Site4U BV, at that time a company specializing in software development and web design. One of his first application was to find Dutch ISPs at local area rates written in PHP/Mini SQL, but soon he discovered this kind of interactive websites could easier be built with DBML using Cold Fusion by Allaire.


Jen Doherty

Jen is the internationalisation coordinator for Cupid Media, an international online dating company. Jen manages a team of 20 freelance localisers and coordinates the translation duties of 7 bilingual customer service staff. She is also Cupid Media’s Scrum Master, working with a diverse team of developers and designers called the Thundercats. Jen’s team mainly works with CFML, Java, Javascript and Kotlin. To her perpetual embarrassment, Jen is monolingual.


Mark Drew

Mark has been programming CFML since 1996, and even though he has had forays into Perl, ASP and PHP he is still loving every line of code he has crafted with CFML. His career has concentrated on eCommerce, Content Management and Application Scalability for various well known brands in the UK market such as Jaeger, Hackett, Hobbs, Dyson, B&W, Diesel amongst others.


Rob Dudley

Rob is a software developer, CTO, company co-founder and has spent his professional life growing applications beyond their initial designs often with limited resources and budget. Based in Jersey in the Channel Islands he is a keen tinkerer, a bad DJ and a self confessed coffee snob who loves nothing more than sharing knowledge with others across a range of topics.


Seb Duggan

I built my first website in 1994, and started getting paid for developing for the web soon afterwards. I discovered CFML in 1998, and have never looked back… Over the years, I have variously worked for Future Publishing, AutoTrader, and a 10-year spell as a freelancer. I am now a lead developer at Pixl8. When I’m not working, most of my time is spent looking after a houseful of rescue dogs, taking photographs or playing cricket.


Nolan Erck

Nolan Erck has been developing software for 21 years. Starting in the video game industry working on titles for Maxis and LucasArts, then advancing to web development in 1999, his list of credits includes Grim Fandango, StarWars Rogue Squadron, SimPark, SimSafari as well as high-traffic websites for a variety of clients.


Gert Franz

Gert was born in 1967 and lives in Switzerland since 1997. Back in the late eighties he studied astrophysics in Munich but switched to later IT as a profession and programmed for several companies in the past as a database administrator and system analyst.


Uma Ghotikar

Uma Ghotikar has 8+ years of work experience in web application development, database design and development. She did Master of Science in Information Systems from George Mason University, USA and Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from University of Mumbai, India. She enjoys coding especially the back-end application development and learning new technical skills.


Matt Gifford

Matt Gifford is owner and primary primate at his own development consultancy company, monkehWorks Ltd. His work primarily focuses on building mobile apps and ColdFusion development, although he's such a geek he enjoys writing in a variety of languages. He's a published author and presents at conferences and user groups on a variety of topics.


Majid Hajian

Majid Hajian is a software developer has developed and architected complex web applications since 2007 after he graduated as a software engineer. A software developer at heart, Majid is passionate about web platform especially hardware connectivity and performance and in particular Progressive Web Apps.


Michael Hnat

Michael is developing CFML application for more than 15 years and installed his first ColdFusion Server (4.0) from floppy discs. He developed applications for several customers using different Framworks and techniques. He has been organizing the CFCamp for nine years meanwhile.


Kenigbolo Meya Stephen

I’m Kenigbolo Meya Stephen, Full Stack Software Engineer working as the Frontend Engineering Team Lead at BCaster. I’m the Arch Conveyer/Community Manager of CodeAfrique (also now known as Reload for the classroom version), a not-for-profit weekend intensive software engineering bootcamp for underrepresented groups in IT started out first in Estonia.

Dom Watson

Dominic trained as a Musical Theatre actor before embarking on a career in London's westend. Fortunately, this folly was cut short by an overtaking love of all things programming that led to a decisive career change building web applications.

Brad has been programming ColdFusion for 12 years and has used every version of CF since 4.5. He first fell in love with ColdFusion as a way to easily connect a database to his website for dynamic pages. He enjoys configuring and performance tuning high-availability Windows and Linux ColdFusion environments as well as SQL Server.


Sebastian Zartner

Sebastian was one of the main Firebug contributors back in the time when there were no developer tools built into the browsers and nobody ever heard of a browser named Chrome. He started web development at the time between PHP 3 and 4. Though since he learned about ColdFusion back in the time when MX 6 was the latest, he loved to work with it and quickly began to wonder why PHP didn't have all that great features CFML offered.
